Hi there, this is an updated version of the CopperCube Android source code, with extended features and bug fixes. It helps you to create your Android app with Additional features that don't come up by default in the CopperCube game engine.

Below is the list of updated API commands, Features, and Bug-Fixes.

API:-

ccbShowAndroidAds()

Load and Show an Interstitial Advertisement from Admob in your Android Games. You must update the AdMob and APP keys in the source code. To show ads for your admob account.

ccbShowAndroidLeaderboard("Leaderboard_Id")

Shows the Google Play Games Leaderboard, in your Android App. You need to provide the Leaderboard_ID in the argument to show your leaderboard.

ccbUpdateAndroidLeaderboard("Leaderboard_Id", Score)

It updates the Leaderboard with the new score, points, etc. It updates the scoreboard globally for everyone.

ccbShowAndroidAchievements()

Shows the Google Play Games Achievements for your game or app.

ccbUnlockAndroidAchievement("Achievement_id")

Unlocks the achievement for the player of your game. You need to provide the Achievement ID you want to unlock for the player. 

NOTE:- You must create leaderboards and Achievements for your game in your Google Play developer console.

ccbShowAndroidKeyboard()

Show the keyboard for input in Android. Useful with the CopperCube Behavior Editable Text Overlay and other cases where you want to capture player text input in the game or app.

BUGFIXES:-

Sound Playback Fixes:- There was a bug in CopperCube Android Games, where you minimize or pause your game and then resume it. There was a random sound playback from your game.  This issue has been fixed in this source code.

Rendering Fixes:- When you minimize or pause your game. Switch or change scenes in Android, the Screen goes black for a few frames or seconds and then goes back to normal. This issue of the screen going black is fixed in the source, the game doesn't flicker or go black and works smoothly.

Additional Features:-

Custom Splash Screen image with loading Progress Bar:-  You can now add a custom Splash Screen image with a loading Progress bar with this source code. The default CopperCube Android source shows a boring loading box and no splash image.
