A Coppercube shader action that allows you to Dissolve-in or Dissolve-out any 3D object in CC. The shader uses an alpha (noise) map to get the desired effect. Provides a few properties to control the shader. Like edge color, edge width, animation speed, and execution of action when the animation is complete.
Watch the usage video on the right to understand how the extension works and what effects you can have with the shader.
Limitations:-
- No dynamic light support.
- The object to which the shader is applied will not be able to receive real-time shadows. However other objects in your scene that don't use this shader will still be able to use shadows.
- This will not work with CC's inbuilt terrain and water nodes.

does this work? I've tried it but can't apply it onto a mesh/node
I did it like you showed in your video. But for some reason the script doesn't even show up within the CC-Action-Menu. It's part of the /extensions/ folder; but for some reason it won't show. Any idea? Is it based on an older CC version? Thanks.
